Hubungan Organizational Justice dengan Work Engagement pada Tenaga Kerja Perempuan Bagian Lapangan PT Permata Hijau Palm Oleo
This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational justice and work
engagement among female employees at PT Permata Hijau Palm Oleo. The subjects in this
study were 40 female employees of PT Permata Hijau Palm Oleo. The sampling technique used
in this research was total sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with
a Likert scale. Two scales were measured in this study: the organizational justice scale and the
work engagement scale. The organizational justice scale was developed based on the aspects
of organizational justice proposed by Robbins & Judge (as cited in Astika, 2019), while the
work engagement scale was developed based on the aspects of work engagement proposed by
Schaufeli & Bakker (as cited in Yudiani, 2017). The data analysis method used was Pearson's
product-moment correlation analysis. The results obtained from this study showed a positive
and significant relationship between organizational justice and work engagement, with a
correlation value of 0.616 and a significance level of 0.000. Additionally, organizational
justice contributed to 38% of the variance in work engagement. This means that 62% of the
influence on work engagement comes from other factors not examined in this study. The study
found an empirical mean for organizational justice of 96.98, compared to a hypothetical mean
of 70, indicating that the level of organizational justice among female employees is high.
Similarly, the empirical mean for work engagement was 95.60, compared to a hypothetical
mean of 70, indicating that work engagement among female employees is also high.
